What is a wedding welcome sign?
A wedding welcome sign is a printed display featuring the couple’s names, wedding date and a short greeting. It is usually placed near the entrance to the ceremony or reception on an easel, stand or table.

Which size should you choose?
The 40 × 60cm medium sign works well for smaller venues, civil ceremonies and entrance tables. The 60 × 80cm large sign has more visual impact and is easier to read in hotel foyers, large reception rooms and outdoor entrance areas.

What should the sign say?
Most couples keep the wording simple: “Welcome to the wedding of”, followed by both names and the date. You can also add a venue name, short message or unplugged-ceremony request, but a welcome sign is most effective when it stays easy to scan.
