Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Production

Most Printmania products are printed, personalised or made to order. For this reason, orders require production time before they are ready for dispatch or collection.

Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, artwork requirements and current workload.

Where an estimated production or turnaround time is displayed on a product page, this refers to the time required to prepare the order and is separate from the delivery time.

We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, but production times displayed on our website are estimates unless a specific completion or delivery date has been expressly agreed with us.

Order Cut-Off Times

Where a product or delivery option refers to same-day or next-working-day processing, any applicable order cut-off time displayed on the product page or at checkout must be met.

Orders placed after the stated cut-off time may be processed on the following working day.

Weekends and public holidays are not normally counted as working days unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nationwide Delivery – Ireland

We deliver orders throughout the Republic of Ireland using An Post and/or other courier services depending on the size, weight and type of order.

Available delivery methods and the applicable delivery charge are displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and delivery address.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and apply after the order has been produced and dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where tracking is available for the selected delivery service.

Express Delivery

Where an Express or expedited delivery service is selected, this refers to the delivery service used after production has been completed.

Selecting Express Delivery does not automatically mean that an order will be produced on the same day unless same-day production is specifically stated for the product or has been agreed with Printmania.

Estimated carrier delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Local Delivery

Where available, local delivery options will be displayed at checkout for eligible delivery addresses.

Eligibility and delivery charges are determined by the delivery address and the products contained in the order.

Any estimated local delivery time is subject to the order first being completed and ready for dispatch.

Where store collection is selected, please wait until your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Production times vary by product. Any estimated collection time displayed on the product page, at checkout or communicated to you is an estimate unless a specific collection time has been expressly agreed.

Where available, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Urgent Orders

If you require an order by a specific date, particularly for an event, wedding, birthday, business event or other time-sensitive occasion, please contact us before placing your order at info@printmania.ie.

We will let you know whether the requested turnaround is reasonably achievable.

Placing an order without first confirming a required deadline does not guarantee delivery or collection by that date.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates displayed on our website or provided by a postal or courier service are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Postal and courier delays may occasionally occur.

Where Printmania arranges delivery, we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available for the selected shipping method.

Please note that some lower-cost or standard postal services may not include full tracking.

Where tracking is provided, updates are supplied by the relevant postal or courier service and may occasionally take time to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@printmania.ie.

We will try to correct the address where possible, but once an order has been dispatched we may be unable to change or redirect it.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a delivery problem was caused by Printmania or the delivery provider rather than incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Parcels

Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the postal or courier service may leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local collection point.

Customers should follow the instructions provided by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to Printmania because it was not collected or because delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the recipient, we will contact you where reasonably possible.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you request the order to be dispatched again.

Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us at info@printmania.ie with your order number.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant postal or courier service.

Please do not assume that you need to resolve a lost shipment directly with the carrier. Where Printmania arranged the delivery, we will handle the matter with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the affected products as soon as reasonably possible.

clear photographs of the packaging and affected products.

Please retain the packaging and products while we investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a remedy in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

International & EU Delivery

Where international or European Union delivery is available for a particular product and destination, the available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

Not all products may be available for international delivery.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected service.

Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges or local taxes imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

Combining Orders

Separate orders are not automatically combined for shipping.

If you place multiple orders and would like us to combine them, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the request where production and dispatch have not already progressed too far.

We cannot guarantee that separately placed orders can be combined.

Changes to Shipping Services

We may occasionally change the postal or courier service used to deliver an order where reasonably necessary.

Where this occurs, we will use an appropriate service for the order and destination.

Any change of carrier does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any rights you have under applicable Irish or European Union consumer protection law.

Where there is any conflict between this policy and rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, your statutory rights will apply.
